LED光电参数测量系统的设计

摘    要:本文针对LED生产的实际需求,给出了新型LED光电参数测量系统的软硬件设计方案。该系统主要由工控主机、微型光谱仪、SOC单片机和高精度测量电路构成。通过实验测量表明该系统的测量精度高、测量时间短,同时还具有操作简便等优点。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of the LED production,this paper presents a software and hardware solution for a novel optical and electrical measurement system for LED.The system mainly consists of industrial eomputer, miniature optic spectrometer,SOC microprocessor and high-accuracy measurement circuits.Experimental measurements show that the system has many advantages such as more accurate measurement precision,quicker measurement time and convenient operations.
