基于高速单片机的电流型功率放大器研究

摘    要:为减小电流型功率放大器的体积和提高其工作的可靠性,采用了一种数字控制三电平功率放大器系统的方法.以C8051F高速单片机为控制核心,控制2组可编程逻辑阵列单元分别工作在脉冲宽度调制器方式和固定占空比方式,以实现三电平控制的策略.结果表明新型电流型功率放大器静态工作电流同样具有传统三电平功率放大器电流纹波小的优点,同时动态工作电流能快速变化,动态性能较好.该数字控制方法是可行有效的,提高了功率放大器的稳定可靠性.

Abstract:In order to reduce the volume of the current type power amplifier and improve the reliability of work,a digital control method of three-level power amplifier is proposed. As the control core, C8051F high speed microcontroller controls two programmable logic array units to achieve a three-level control strategy with working in pulse width modulation mode and fixed duty cycle mode. The results show that the quiescent operating current ripples of new current-mode power amplifier are small, the same as the traditional three-level power amplifier. The dynamic currents can quickly change and have better dynamic performance. The digital control method is viable and effective, and improves the stability and reliability of the power amplifier.
