基于PXI总线技术的惯性仪器通用测试系统

摘    要:为了实现惯性仪器通用测试,本文设计了基于总线技术的通用测试系统.该系统采用PXI总线技术,利用高精度的数据采集卡实现模拟信号的精确测量利用高精度的计数器/定时器实现数字信号测量.为了实现惯性仪器微小信号的准确测量,本系统采用Keithley2700高精度多功能数据采集器通过噪声抑制和信号处理来完成多通道微小信号的测量,同时还介绍了系统的软件设计.实验表明,该通用测试系统满足惯性仪器数字、模拟信号的测试标定要求.

Abstract:In this paper,a general testing system is designed for test of the inertial instrument. The system is based on PXI bus technology. In order to keep the accuracy of signal,multifunction I/O board and high-speed Counter/Timer are used in the system. And Keithley2700 is also used in the system to measure the puny signal. Besides,the design of software is also introduced. The practical experiment shows that the digital signal and the analogy signal from the inertial instruments are measured accurately by the general testing system.
