摘    要:从目前国内外停电事故情况来看,预防因连锁故障导致的大停电事故是电力系统研究中的重要内容。针对电网连锁故障前期的连锁跳闸现象,提出一种兼顾电网电压稳定和连锁故障触发的预防控制方法。该方法利用电网对于连锁跳闸的安全裕度指标和电压稳定指标,给出了综合的目标函数。该函数的目标在于保持电网对连锁跳闸具有尽可能高的安全裕度水平的同时,还具有尽可能高的电压稳定水平,然后结合电网实际情况给出了各种约束条件,确定了完整的用于预防的优化模型。利用该模型并结合粒子群优化算法给出了详细的算法求解,并在IEEE39节点系统上进行算例分析,算例仿真结果证明了所提出的预防模型的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:How to prevent blackouts caused by cascading outages is a top priority of power system research. Aiming at cascading tripping phenomenon in the early stage of the cascading outages in power grid, this paper proposes a preventive control method by considering both voltage stability and cascading outage triggering. This method uses the power grid’s safety margin index and voltage stability index for cascading tripping to get a comprehensive objective function. The goal of this function is to maintain the highest possible safety margin level of the power grid for the cascading tripping, while also having the highest possible voltage stability level. Further, combined with the actual situation of the power grid, various constraints are given, thereby determining a complete optimization model for prevention. Finally, the model is used with particle swarm optimization algorithm to give a detailed algorithm solution, and an example is analyzed in IEEE 39-bus system. The results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed prevention model.
