摘    要:针对目前配电网第三方终端智能设备存在信息安全防御程度低、没有严格的准入标准等问题,分析了大规模空调负荷在恶意控制下的配电网安全运行风险。首先,根据配电网中不同类型空调功率响应特点,建立相应的空调负荷攻击模型。其次,分析了空调启停和温控后运行功率变化,制定快速、持续攻击策略,以造成严重电力电量不平衡。最后,通过某网区10 kV馈线进行仿真分析,结果表明该攻击模型不仅可快速造成馈线停电事故,而且还可长时间地造成电力公司和用户的经济损失。

Abstract:Considering the weak cyber security defense and no strict admission standards for third-party smart terminal devices in distribution networks,the risk of large-scale air-conditioning loads is analyzed under the malicious control in the distribution network. Firstly, the air-conditioning load attack model in the distribution network is constructed based on their response characteristics. Secondly, the attack strategy causes a serious imbalance of power and electricity by starting the air conditionersand controlling their temperature. Finally, the case of certain 10 kV feeder line in a distribution network shows that the attack model can cause the feeder line failures and long-term economic loss for power grid companies and users.
