摘 要: | 级联型多电平变换器输出电压谐波含量小,易于实现模块化,适用于高压大功率场合。提出单相背靠背H桥级联结构,通过直流侧电压级联整流控制和载波移相PWM逆变控制,实现了高压大功率输出目的。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真,验证了该拓扑结构及控制方式的可靠性和正确性。

Abstract: | Cascaded multilevel converter output voltage harmonic content is small,it is easy to implement modular and suitable for high-voltage power applications.Back to back single-phase H-bridge cascade structure is proposed through the rectified DC voltage cascade control and carrier phase PWM inverter control to achieve high power output.Matlab/ Simulink simulation validates the reliability and validity of the topology and control. |
