基于关键线路识别的电力系统连锁故障风险评估模型

摘    要:针对现有模型的不足,提出了一种新的电力系统连锁故障风险评估模型。该模型从元件过负荷、继电保护隐性故障2个方面定义了连锁故障概率:以故障发展过程中出现的母线低电压、线路过负荷、电力系统失负荷来衡量连锁故障带来的后果。在不违背连锁故障发生机理的前提下,将支路的结构传输重要度与反映电网实时运行状况的线路故障发生概率相结合,给出了连锁故障中关键线路识别的重要判据,根据关键线路排序结果合理选择下一个故障环节,加快了连锁故障模式搜索速度。最后对IEEE 10机39节点系统进行仿真,仿真结果证明了本文方法的有效性。

Abstract:In the light of deficiencies of the existing model,this paper proposes a new cascading failure risk assessment model for power system.Taking the component overload and relay hidden failures into account,the probability of the cascading failures is defined.The bus low-voltage,line overload and the loss of load is used to measure the consequences of the cascading failures.Under the premise of cascading failure mechanism,the paper combines structure transmission importance with the probability of failure that reflects grid run-time conditions to recognize the key power lines.According to the sort results of the critical power lines,the next failure link is selected reasonably which speeds up the search speed of cascading failure mode.At last the simulation result of IEEE 10 machine 39-node system shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
