基于电网差异化规划原则分析的核心骨干网架构建方法研究

摘    要:在分析差异化规划概念及特性基础上,提出了差异化规划的线路、变电站、负荷及电源的保障原则,并在图论及改进遗传算法基础上,提出了一种差异化核心骨干网架搜索方法.实现了核心骨干网架连通性检验及构建,采用IEEE30节点系统算例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of differential planning concept and its feature, the paper proposes the principle to secure transmission lines, substations, loads and power plants in differential planning. The searching method based on graph theory and genetic: algorithm is also improved to realize the connectivity testing and the core backbone frame construction. The effectiveness of the method is validated by IEEE30-node system.
