摘    要:IEC 60870-5-104是专门应用于电力系统的远动通信协议,IEC 61850协议是未来无缝远动通信体系的基础.为满足智能变电站和调度主站无缝通信的应用需求,现阶段研究IEC61850-5-101/104与IEC61850协议的无缝转换是十分必要的.比较了IEC60870-5和IEC61850 2种通信规约的特点,依据变电站通信功能的特点和61850的映射原则,分析了IEC60870-5-104到IEC61850相互映射的一般方法和大致流程,给出了相互映射关系表和SCL配置文件的生成过程.

Abstract:IEC60870-5-104 protocol is specifically applied to power telecontrol communication. IEC61850 is the foundation of seamless communication system in the future. To ensure seamless communication between smart substation and control center, it's necessary to research the seamless conversion between IEC60870-5-104 and IEC61850 at this stage. This paper compares the IEC60870-5 with IEC61850, provides the methods, relationship tables and process of mutual mapping between the two protocols, and the generation of SCL configuration files, according to the characteristics of the substation communication function and the mapping principle of IEC61850.
