摘    要:针对电力系统脆弱性评估体系当前的研究概况,首先对脆弱性本身的概念解读及其在系统安全分析中的定义进行了分析;其次将脆弱性与系统安全性、风险性、弹性等系统固有属性进行了比较,明确了脆弱性与其他三个属性的区别与联系;同时,通过分析脆弱性与连锁故障机理的内在交互,揭示了系统脆弱性和级联故障的本质;最后对脆弱性评估的分类与总结阐明了电力系统脆弱性当前评估体系存在的问题,并且展望脆弱性的研究方向。

Abstract:In view of current researches on the vulnerability assessment for power system, the paper first clarifies the concept of vulnerability, analyzes its definition in system safety analysis, and presents the author’s viewpoints. Then the paper compares it with some intrinsic property within the system including the system safety, risk and resilience, clarifies the difference and connection between the vulnerability and the three other properties, and analyzes the inherent interaction between the vulnerability and cascading failure mechanism to position them correctly. Finally, the paper expounds the real existing problem in the current research approaches and means by classifying and summarizing the vulnerability assessment methods,providing a direction for future research on the vulnerability.
