| 摘 要： | 楼宇自动化系统的主要监控对象是建筑设备。要掌握楼宇自动化技术,并对建筑设备及其系统进行有效的控制,必须具备建筑设备工程知识。介绍了给排水、供暖、空调、电力、照明等设备系统的基本工作原理、系统构成,以及建筑设备的性能与特征。

| Abstract: | The main monitoring object of building automation system was building equipments. To master the building automation technology of construction equipment and effective control of the system, designers must have the building equipment engineering knowledge. The working principle, system structure and construction equipment performance and characteristics of water, heating, air conditioning, electric power, lighting equipments system were introduced. |
