球罐类构筑物雷击风险评估方法

摘    要:基于雷击风险评估规范GB/T 21714.2—2008的风险计算方法和GB 50057—2010关于雷击金属管壁热熔的计算理论,结合球罐类构筑物的特点和防雷设计,对球罐类构筑物雷击风险评估的方法进行了分析。研究结果表明,雷击热熔对于严格按照标准要求设计施工的球罐的损害在可控范围以内,但是对于偷工减料或因施工工艺的疏忽导致罐壁某个部位较为薄弱的球罐,其损害可能是致命的。

Abstract:Based on the current mainstream standard risk calculation method of GB /T 21714. 2— 2008 and GB 50057— 2010 on the theory of computation of hot melt of the lightning metal pipe wall,combined with the characteristics and lightning protection design of spherical tank class structure,the ball tank structure at lightning strike risk evaluation methods were analyzed. The results show that the lightning hot melt damage for spherical tank designed and constructed strictly in accordance with the standard requirements is within the controllable scope,but for the negligent construction technology of cutting corners or parts of the tank wall leading to a relatively weak spherical tank,the damage can be fatal.
