基于模糊AHP评价的电力线路入廊规划全过程咨询模型

摘    要:目前,对于电力线路入廊规划问题尚未形成一个统一的咨询模型。提出了一种考虑模糊AHP评价与基于拓扑势优化的模型,作为电力线路入廊的全过程咨询模型。以安全性因素和互适性因素为评价指标,利用模糊AHP评价模型对协同规划方案进行评价,利用拓扑势熵最小原理对满足安全性要求的规划方案进行优化,得到最优化方案。最后通过算例验证了该咨询模型在电力线路入廊规划方案的评价与优化方面的有效性。

Abstract:As there is still no any unified consultation model for power line corridor access planning at present, this paper proposes a model for the whole-process consultation model based on fuzzy AHP evaluation and topological potential optimization. In the paper, safety and mutual adaptability factors are taken as evaluation indexes, the collaborative planning scheme is evaluated by using the fuzzy AHP evaluation model, and the optimal scheme is obtained by using the principle of minimum topological potential entropy to optimize the planning scheme which meets the safety requirements. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the consultation model in the evaluation and optimization of power line access planning.
