摘 要: | 针对计算水电站保证出力时等流量法较粗略、结果偏差较大,等出力法结果相对精确但多轮试算过程烦琐等问题,建立了水电站的maxmin最大最小模型来求解保证出力,并采用动态规划法寻优,得到可靠优化解。结合丹江口水库的实例分析表明,此模型求得的最小出力与等出力法求得的保证出力相同,且求解更方便可靠。

Abstract: | As the equal power output method often results in deviations while the equal discharge method often tends to be complicated in calculating the guaranteed output of a hydropower plant, this paper proposes a new method based on dynamic programming to acquire the reliable and optimized solution by establishing a model of maximizing the minimum power for a power plant with an annual regulating reservoir. A case study of Danjiangkou hydropower station has demonstrated that the method is efficient and reliable, and that the minimum of monthly power output calculated by the model corresponds to that by the equal power output method. |
