The Basic Power Grid Model for the Next Generation All Over the World |

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the strategic role of the smart grid in the international energy revolution and different approaches of China and the USA in the energy efficiency reform, and it suggests that the interactive power grid is the core in the modernization of Chinese power grids and also the basic model for the global power grids. The basic concepts of the interactive power grid are expounded, with the principles of the structural frameworks of the Chinese interactive smart grid and features of the technological process given. |
