| Abstract: | Room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber is a liquid paint by special treatment. The cured coating at room temperature can prevent pollution flashover effectively. The coating process of the liquid paint transformed into the cured coating is the most important part of the construction quality control. However, the standards have no corresponding implementation provisions in the construction process, and different construction firms have different construction levels, leading to different spraying coating qualities. This paper summarizes the key regulated spots of RTV spraying process based on many years of field supervision experience, and it is believed that these key spots help to control construction process and improve RTV spray coating. |
