摘    要:根据在线式电能质量监测仪的电能监测指标和应用需要,探讨了高精度电能监测仪的硬件整体设计,着重介绍了信号调理电路、同步采样电路、ARM和DSP双处理器平台的接口电路等,并对各模块的功能、特点及具体设计作了阐述。最后,结合硬件平台给出了系统软件开发,较好地满足了高精度电能质量监测的需求。

Abstract:According to the power monitoring indicators and application needs,the overall design of high-pre-cision online electrical energy quality monitoring instrument was discussed,specially highlighted the signal condi-tioning circuits,synchronous sampling circuit,interface circuits of ARM and DSP dual-processor platform.The functions,features and design of each module were also expounded.Finally,the software development was given,well positioned to meet a high-precision electrical energy quality measuring requirements.
