基于EtherCAT总线的双馈风电机组变流器控制系统设计

摘    要:采用Ether CAT总线实现变流器控制系统各模块之间的高速数据交换。控制系统硬件由AM3359构成Ether CAT总线的主站,TMS320F28335构成电机控制模块从站,STM32F107构成通用模拟量、数字量输入/输出模块从站。采用DSP、CPLD及高速高精度A/D转换器实现电压、电流信号同步采样,完成电量计算。PWM信号经光纤驱动IGBT,完成网侧变换器及转子侧变换器的控制。Ether CAT总线的主站采用Linux操作系统,移植Preempt-RT补丁软件,增加系统的实时性。移植Ether CAT主站协议,实现控制系统各模块间的高速数据交换。移植CANopen高层协议,实现变流器与风力发电机主控系统之间的数据交换。控制系统经小功率试验台、全功率试验台及风电场现场运行,稳定可靠。

Abstract:Ether CAT bus was applied to realize high-speed data exchange among the modules of converter control system. The master station of Ether CAT bus was realized by AM3359,the slave station of generator control module was realized by the TMS320F28335,and the slave station of common analog and digital I / Os was realized by the STM32F107. The DSP,CPLD and high-speed high-accuracy A / D converter were adopted to realize synchronous sampling for voltage and current signals and therefore complete electricity calculation. PWM signals complete the control for DC bus voltage of grid side converter and frequency phase control for the voltage and current of rotor side converter by driving the IGBT through optic-fiber. With the application of Linux operation system for the master station of Ether CAT bus and the transplantation of Preempt-RT patch software the real-time performance can be provided. With the transplantation of Ether CAT master station protocols the high speed data exchange among the modules of control system can be realized. With the transplantation of CANopen higher layer protocols the data exchange between the converter and the main control system can be realized. Through the miniwatt( 110 k W) bench test,full power bench test and wind park operation it indicates that this design can ensure stable operation.
