智能型万能式断路器校验装置的设计

摘    要:智能型万能式断路器(ACB)出厂前应通过校验装置进行全面校验与检测,以保证工作的可靠性。主要探讨了智能型ACB装置硬件设计和实现,给出主回路电极加电机构的具体设计和控制流程图。实际运行结果表明,校验装置为智能型ACB在线智能校验提供了解决途径,完全满足产品误差要求。

Abstract:Before leaving the factory intelligent air circuit breaker (ACB) should conduct a comprehensive calibration and inspection in order to ensure the reliability of operation. This paper mainly discussed the design and implementation of the hardware structure,gave the specific design and control process of the main loop electrode and power agency. The actual operation shows that the calibration device provides the solutions for intelligent ACB, and meets the error requirements of product.
