军用小型塑料外壳式断路器装配CAPP系统的研究

摘    要:在分析军用小型塑料外壳式断路器(MCCB)装配工艺特点的基础上,研究开发了军用小型MCCB装配CAPP系统。该系统是以MDT和3DS MAX为支撑软件,以VC 为开发工具。应用该CAPP系统,可提高军用小型MCCB的工艺设计能力,缩短工艺设计周期,更好地适应多品种、小批量生产的要求。

Abstract:Based on analyzing assembly process characteristic of miniature military moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB),an assembly CAPP system for miniature military MCCB was developed.The system,which takes MDT and 3DS MAX software as sustainer and takes Visual C as development tool.Using the CAPP system can enhance technological design ability of miniature military MCCB and reduce design cycle,meeting demand of small batch and multi-variety production.
