摘    要:开发了一种用于测试断路器动态特性的集成测量系统,该系统采用数字信号触发方法来确定开始采集电流波形的时刻对应的高速摄像图像,然后根据电流波形采样频率和高速摄像的拍摄频率来确定高速摄像的图像与电流波形的对应关系,实现了图像信息与波形信息的同步,这两种信息的同步精度为微秒级。此外,对该集成测量系统的优点和缺点进行了分析,便于测试人员根据实际情况确定是否可以采用这种测量方法。

A Novel Testing System Based on Digital Signal Trigger Method

Abstract:A novel testing system was developed to test the MCB characteristics,in which,a digital signal trigger method is used to confirm the same moment between the current waveform and the high speed images. The synchronized relationship between the current waveform and high speed image is confirmed according to the sampling rate of the current waveform and the image. Their synchronized accuracy can be up to a few seconds. The advantage and disadvantage of the testing system were also analyzed to make it convenient for testers to determine whether to use this testing system.
