微电网继电保护技术研究综述

摘    要:针对微电网控制灵活、短路故障电流小、潮流双向流动等新的故障特性,根据微电网保护的已有研究成果,对微电网保护技术进行了综述。结合微电网的结构特征,提出了微电网保护的基本要求,分析归纳了微电网保护的三种可行方案;探讨了微电网的不同隔离策略、不同接地方式、不同运行方式以及潮流特性对微电网保护的影响。总结了微电网继电保护技术在国内外的最新研究成果,并提炼出现阶段微电网保护技术研究中的关键问题和研究现状。最后,对微电网保护的研究方向和发展目标进行了展望,指出结合微电网故障特征与微电网控制功能的集成化保护将是微电网保护技术的主要研究方向,而实现微电网隔离策略的最优化、信息采集的广域化以及保护功能的集成化将是微电网保护的发展目标。

Abstract:Considering the new fault characteristics of micro-grid and according to the existing research of micro-grid protection,such as control flexibility,the small fault current and the bidirectional power flow of under fault conditions,the micro-grid protection technologies were reviewed. The basic requirements of micro-grid protection were proposed according to the structure of microgrid protection and the three viable schemes were summarized. The effects of different isolation strategy,different earthing system,different operation mode and characteristics of power flow on micro-grid protection were discussed. The latest research progresses were summarized,the research direction and the research objective were prospected. This paper also pointed out that the integrated protection of merging the fault characteristics and control function of micro-grid is the main study direction of micro-grid protection,while the optimization of isolation strategy,the extensiveness of information collection and the integration of protection function are the development aim of micro-grid protection.
