| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术、网络通信技术和微电子技术的发展,为适应电网对变电站与主站新的发展要求,IEC委员会TC 57工作组制订了针对变电站自动化系统的IEC61850标准和能量管理系统的IEC 61970标准。由于两种标准各自定义了数据模型和通信接口,故造成变电站与调度中心之间不能进行无缝通信。针对这个问题,在IEC61970/61850标准基础上进行无缝通信系统的研究。
