摘    要:叙述了使剩余电流动作断路器产品的各项性能指标达到设计要求的方法。通过对灭弧室多栅片设计、左右交错排列,网状栅片的多层设计,引弧片大弧度的结构设计,在触头系统部分增设两个导磁片,隔弧板采用新型聚合材料,详细分析了为达到设计指标而采取的方案措施。这些方案的实施使产品的各项性能更加稳定、可靠。

Abstract:The method that makes the residual current circuit breaker's performance meet the design requirements was described.These schemes and methods include the staggered multichip design,multilayer design of mesh piece,large arc curvature in the structural design in arc extinguish chamber.Two magnetoconductivity pieces were added in the contact system and a new type of polymeric materials was used for the separated plate.The measures taken by the program to achieve the specifications were analyzed.The implementat...
