摘    要:描述了万能式断路器(ACB)出现的假合闸现象。利用高速照相机和仿真分析软件ADAMS,研究了断路器操作机构的运动特性,优化了影响假合闸的关键部件,最终消除了断路器假合闸现象。仿真试验证明了仿真分析的正确性,为研究断路器提供了参考。

Abstract:The false switching phenomenon of air circuit breaker (ACB) was described, and dynamic characteristics of breaker operation mechanisms was researched by high-speed camera and simulation analysis software ADAMS, and the key component affecting false switching was optimized, and ultimately the false switching phenomenon was eliminated. The simulation results show that the simulation is correct, which can give a reference for research on circuit breaker.
