低压电器操作机构智能检测系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了低压电器智能检测系统的设计原理及必要性。详述了智能测试系统的软、硬件设计。系统所研制的智能装夹定位操作机构结合现代控制技术,实现了对被测试品的精确定位及电寿命测试,具有操作方便、直观,测量精确等特点,为低压电器检测领域的网络化、系统化、智能化提供了很好的启承作用。该智能检测系统已处于试验阶段,并取得良好的测试效果。

Abstract:The design principle and necessity of the low voltage electric appliance intelligent detection system were introduced.The hardware and software design of the intelligent testing system was expounded.The intelligent clamping positioning operation mechanism along with the modern control technology can realize the precise orientation and electrical life test of the products.The system has the following characteristics,easy to operate,precision in measurement,and provides a good revival role for the networking,systematic and intelligence of low voltage electrical testing field.The intelligent detection system was tested and obtains good results.
