火力发电厂分散控制系统中RS-232接口浪涌保护器的设计

摘    要:根据火力发电厂分散控制系统(DCS)信号传输的特点、RS-232数据接口的电气特性,结合理论分析,提出一种RS-232数据接口浪涌保护器(SPD)的结构设计方案。通过大量的试验,对退耦电阻阻值的选取作了较为详尽的分析,并证明该SPD在浪涌电流冲击测试下,能够有效地将残压值限制在设备耐受的范围内,以保护后续电子设备。同时,该SPD接入系统后,对信号传输影响较小,能够保证系统的正常运行。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of signal transmission in the distributed layered control system of coal-fired power plants,and the electrical property of RS-232 data interface,combining with theoretical analysis,a design scheme of surge protective device(SPD) structure for RS-232 data was brought up.A large number of experiments were used to make a detailed analysis for the selection of decoupling resistance,and it was proved that this SPD could effectively limit residual pressure value in the range of equipment tolerance in the transient current shock test.Meanwhile,when SPD accesses the systerm,it has little influence to signal transmission and can ensure the normal operation of the system.
