基于IGBT的静止无功补偿器的研究

摘    要:提出了基于IGBT的静止无功补偿器(SVC)的实现方案。对比传统的基于晶闸管的SVC的实现方法,叙述了基于IGBT的SVC的特点。分析了IGBT实现交流开关的不同方法。选择双IGBT串联型结构,实现交流开关。采用嵌入式系统,实现装置控制系统。最后,试验验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract:A scheme of static var compensator based on IGBT was proposed for power system. The characteristic of this scheme was expounded, compared with conventional static var compensator. The AC switch configuration with double IGBT in series was chosen by analyzing the capability of three ways to configurate AC switch. The static vat compensator based on IGBT was completed, in which the main controlled system is configurated by embedded system. The design is validated by experimentation.
