继电器应用中的抗干扰问题

摘    要:叙述了电子线路中使用继电器控制功率负载的干扰现象,分析了产生干扰的机理并提出解决的方法。研究发现,干扰来自于空间耦合,干扰源为继电器触头在接通和分断中产生的火花。采用光耦合隔离,可使继电器稳定工作,不再发生误动作。研究结果的正确性已经各被证明。

Abstract:The interference phenomenon caused by the relays of the electronic circuits in the control power loads was described, the mechanism generating interference was analyzed and the way to solve the problems was presented. It is found in the research that the interference is from the space couple, the resource of the interference is from the spark generating by contacts of relays which are making or breaking circuits. The measures of optical couple isolator may be adopted, and it will be able to cancel failure operation of the relays and to guarantee the stability of the relay operation. The correctness of the research results has already been proved by the practical applications.
