基于CAN总线的陶瓷辊道窑控制系统设计

摘    要:针对陶瓷辊道窑的工作特点,设计了一种基于CAN总线技术的控制系统,分析了系统的拓扑结构和数据通信原理,提出了时分复用在CAN总线中的应用新方法。最后,介绍了CAN总线的网络接口方法和控制软件的设计,说明这是一种先进的控制技术,在实际监控系统中,其有效性已得到了证实。

Abstract:For the characteristics of roller kiln of ceramic,a new control system based on CAN fieldbus was presented,the topologic structure and data communication principle of the system were introduced.The new method of time division multiplexing was discussed.The connection and software of the network were also given.It is an advanced control technology.Its validity was verified in a practical roller kiln monitor and control system.
