摘    要:介绍了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的万能式断路器控制器多工位并行测试系统设计方案。为了提高测试效率,系统将虚拟仪器技术与计算机控制技术相结合,采用多工位测试和并行测试技术,设计了基于虚拟仪器技术的隔离型阵列式电流信号源,软件设计采用分层结构和模块化编程方法,较好地满足了不同规格产品的批量测试要求。实践表明,该测试技术有较高的实用价值和良好的推广前景,是一种切实可行的解决方案。

Abstract:A design scheme of air circuit breaker control unit multi-station parallel test system was introduced based on virtual instrument technology.In order to improve test efficiency,the system combined virtual instrument technology and computer control technology,multi-station testing and parallel testing technology were adopted,the array current signal source based on virtual instrument technology was designed and software design adopted hierarchical structure and modular programming method,to better meet different specifications of the product batch testing requirements.Practice showed that such testing technique had a high practical value and good promotion prospects,and it was a practical solution.
