摘    要:根据中国第一汽车集团的发展规划,设计了基于DeviceNet现场总线的汽车总装生产线控制系统,阐述了系统结构及其强大的功能。该系统包含12条DeviceNet网络、200多个节点,总线长度达3km。运行实践表明,该系统大大提高了企业的生产效率,为企业创造了明显的经济效益。

Abstract:The control system of automobile assemble production line based on DeviceNet fieldbus was designed according to the layout of the First Automobile Group of China. The system structure and the powerful functions were detailed. The control system include 12 DeviceNet networks, more than 200 nodes and the bus stretch over 3 000 m away. The general technology level was ahead the world. It was indicated that the system improved the production efficiency greatly, and provide large economy benefit for the company.
