基于ADAMS的塑壳式断路器操作机构可靠性分析

摘    要:使用Pro/E软件建立了塑壳式断路器的三维模型,并通过接口软件导入ADAMS进行了初步分析,根据实际参数完善模型。利用ADAMS的柔性体建模功能建立了操作机构的刚柔耦合模型。通过仿真分析,得到了操作机构关键部件的应力值变化和分布情况,将仿真数据与可靠性设计理论相结合,得出了相关部件的静强度可靠度和疲劳强度可靠度。

Abstract:The three-dimensional model of moulded case circuit breaker was estabished based on Pro/E software and was imported to ADAMS through interface software. After a preliminary analysis,the model was refined with the actual parameters. The rigid-flexible coupling model of operating mechanism was set up through the modeling functions of ADAMS flexible body. Simulation analysis showed the stress value change and distribution on the key components of operating mechanism. The static strength and fatigue reliability...
