电磁继电器贮存寿命预测理论与试验方案的研究

摘    要:在阐述电磁继电器贮存寿命预测理论的基础上,选择了采用恒定应力加速寿命试验方法对电磁继电器进行试验及寿命预测.在分析了贮存条件下电磁继电器的失效机理的基础上,设计了贮存加速寿命试验方案及实施方法,其中包括加速应力类型的选择,应力水平及试验样品数量,试验测试参数等.

Abstract:Based on the expounding of the prediction theory for storage life of electromagnetic relays, the constant stress accelerated life test was introduced. According to the analysis on failure mechanism of electromagnetic relays, a test plan to conduct the accelerated life test of electromagnetic relays was designed, which included the selection of the accelerated stress, the number of accelerated stress and the test pieces, the parameters measured during test and so on.
