摘    要:电器工作流程图法是按照电器工作次序来设计电器控制线路的一种方法,它对设计经验要求不高,而且易于掌握,为电器控制线路的设计提供了一种简捷、方便而有效的方法。当电动机的主电路负载较大时,需要由重载接触器承受通断时产生的电动力和电弧,而普通接触器只负责电动机的可逆运行。将电器工作流程图法应用于重载可逆运行电路的设计中,可以快捷、有效地得到符合要求的电器控制线路。

Abstract:The eletrical apparatus work flow diagram method can be used to design an eletrical apparatus control circuit according to eletrical apparatus working order. It does not have high requirements for designer’s experience,and is easy to master. It provides a simple,convenient and effective method for the design of the eletrical apparatus control circuit. When the main electric circuit load of electric motor is heavy,heavy load contactor to endure the electric power and electric arc during switching is needed. However,the traditional contactor is merely in charge of reversible operation of electric motor. Applying the eletrical apparatus work flow diagram method to the designing of reversible operation electric circuit with heavy load could quickly and effectively obtain the eletrical apparatus control circuit that met the requirements.
