| 摘 要： | 开发了万能式断路器大电流试验自动测试系统。以工业控制计算机和PLC为控制核心，通过采用通用的工装夹具和大电流产生与切换装置，该系统能一次性自动完成从工件装夹到输出测试报告的整个大电流试验流程，适用于万能式断路器的长延时保护和接地保护试验。该系统已在万能式断路器生产检验流水线上试运行，效果良好。 |

| Abstract: | An automatic test system for air circuit breaker（ACB） heavy current experiment was developed. Based on industrial control computer and PLC, the system could fulfill heavy current test flow from fixture to report output by general-purpose fixture and heavy current generation and switching device. The system was suitable for the test of long time-delay protection and grounding protection of ACB. It had been put into trial operation in the ACB production line and operated well. |
