| 摘 要： | 低压侧瞬态过电压的形成有雷击和电子网暂态过程两种途径。这些现象均可在约1μs的瞬间产生几千伏的瞬间过电压，由此会对电子设备造成严重的损坏。因此，雷电及操作过程电压是电子化时代的一大公害。电源浪涌保护器的降低和消除这种危险的一个重要的措施。 |
