基于DSP的双闭环控制动力电池组充电机设计

摘    要:针对动力电池内阻极小且具有反电动势的特点,设计了单相电流型PWM整流器为主电路的充电机,选择TMS320F28335 DSP作为控制平台,采用准PR控制器的直接电流控制策略和PI控制器,实现充电机单位功率因数运行和充电电流的稳定输出。充电系统可根据动力电池组SOC输出可变的充电电流以延长动力电池的寿命。设计充电机样机并进行了磷酸铁锂动力电池组充电试验。试验结果表明系统具有良好性能,验证了方案的可行性。

Abstract:Lithium iron phosphate battery has the character of low resistance and back electromotive force. According to this special request, this paper designed a charger by taking single-phase current-source PWM rectifier as the main circuit. Direct current control strategy of quasi proportional-resonant controller and proportional-integral controller were adopted to realize the operation of unity power factor and stable output of charging current at the control platform of TMS320F28335. This charger can output different range current based on the SOC of battery to prolong the life-span of battery. Charging experiments based on experimental charger prototype were done. The experimental results on lithium iron phosphate power battery verify the proposed scheme.
