| Abstract: | The data fusing technology of electrical apparatus' s reliability testing was introduced which based on parameter estimation, and an important application in data disposing of electrical apparatus' s reliability testing was expatiated. According to the parameter estimation, the consistent data was fused, the accurate estimation closed to the real numerical value was achieved. |
