金属封闭开关设备触头盒绝缘结构的分析和优化

摘    要:针对金属封闭开关设备的技术现状和发展要求,研究40.5kV产品内置电流互感器触头盒绝缘结构,并提出优化方案。通过工频耐受电压试验发现,产品设计中存在的绝缘薄弱环节,利用Ansoft Maxwell12.1有限元分析软件对触头盒部位的电场分布进行仿真,并分析其影响因素。在此基础上,对触头盒绝缘结构进行了改进。试验结果表明,优化设计满足了绝缘性能的要求。

Abstract:In the light of technology status and development requirements of metal enclosed switchgear, insulation structure of contactor box built current transformer on the 40.5 kV products was analyzed, and the optimization scheme was introduced. Weakness of insulation was found out with a power-frequency withstand voltage test,and the distribution of electric field was calculated by Ansoft Maxwell 12.1 software. On the basis of above works, the insulating structure of contact box was improved to meet technical demand. The experimental results show that the optimization design of insulation performance meet the requirements.
