摘    要:采用仿真分析与实验验证相结合的方法研究了旋转状态下非接触传能系统的性能。利用两谐振线圈的电磁耦合,从理论上建立等效电路模型进行阻抗匹配。利用有限元分析软件,建立了三维仿真模型,研究了不同旋转速度下,轴向间距、径向偏移以及倾斜角度对非接触能量传输系统性能的影响规律。同时利用搭建的实验平台进行稳态验证,与仿真结果对比,表明有限元仿真模型的有效性和准确性。最后,利用经过检验的仿真模型,研究了系统的瞬态特性以及磁场分布,证实改变旋转速度几乎不影响系统的传输功率,这为非接触传能技术应用于电机无刷励磁等旋转装置提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:This work reports the performance of a rotating contactless power transfer (CPT) system based on simulation analysis and experimental verification.Utilizing the electromagnetic coupling of two resonant coils,theoretical equivalent circuit model was established to find the impedance matching.A 3-D finite-element model was built to investigate the dependence of the performance of the system on the rotating speed,axial clearance,radial displacement and inclination angle.Based on the experimental platform,experimental verification was conducted to confirm the validity of the computed steady state results.Transient analysis and magnetic field distribution of CPT system were demonstrated with the simulation results.The obtained results indicated that,the transmission power is nearly independent of the rotating speed,which is favorable for applying the CPT technique to the rotating devices such as the brushless motor.
