摘    要:交直流混合微网具有便于多种类型电源及负荷灵活规模化接入的优势,却存在高密度可再生能源接入后带来明显不确定性、优化调度复杂等难题。本文将可再生能源出力预测误差处理为模糊变量,建立了交直流混合微网模糊机会约束优化模型。针对模型同时包含不确定规划、混合整数规划等常规算法难以求解的问题,本文将模糊模拟、神经网络算法和二进制粒子群算法结合,提出了一种适用于求解交直流混合微网模糊机会约束优化模型的混合智能算法。最后采用某交直流混合微网示范工程现场数据验证了模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:Despite of the flexible access of multiple types of power and load, hybrid AC/DC microgrid with high-density renewable energy encounters the uncertain and complex scheduling problems. In this paper, the intermittent output prediction error is treated as fuzzy variable, and the fuzzy chance-constrained programming model is established. To solve the dispatch problem, a hybrid intelligent algorithm comprised of fuzzy simulation, neural network algorithm and discrete binary particle swarm optimization is proposed. Finally, the validity of the model and the algorithm is verified by the field data of a hybrid AC/DC microgrid.
