平面集成滤波器LC单元的阻抗特性

摘    要:集成LC结构利用电感箔式绕组层间分布电容实现了电感与电容的集成,是构成平面磁集成EMI滤波器的基本单元,建立该单元的高频模型为准确评估EMI滤波器的高频特性具有重要意义。本文讨论了传输线结构在电路中两种不同连接方式下电场和磁场的分布情况,分析了其等效电路。基于广义传输线理论建立了集成LC线圈的高频模型,将其看作一个二端口网络,利用模量转换法推导了阻抗矩阵。计算了模型中单位长度的电磁参数,最后分别将集成LC线圈连接成串联谐振和并联谐振结构,在有磁芯和无磁芯两种情况下测量出其阻抗特性,与计算值进行了比较,验证了模型的准确性。
