大功率单相数字有源PFC的研究与实现

摘    要:传统的模拟有源功率因数校正电路(APFC)外围电路参数固定,灵活性较差,并且容易受到分布参数、器件老化、环境温度和湿度等因素的影响,限制了电路的寿命,而且难以适应目前单相设备大功率化的要求。鉴于数字控制具有可编程性、抗干扰性、不易受硬件老化和环境变化优点,基于TI的DSP控制芯片TMS320F2808设计了一款数字APFC电路,基于经典的乘法器控制原理,采用CCM和平均电流控制策略,利用分段变PI调节器来进行电压、电流双闭环调节控制,实现了输入电流对输入电压的很好跟踪。实验结果表明,电路在高达5kW的整个功率范围内都得到了很好的校正效果,满足了IEC61000-3-2对于谐波的要求,促进了单相APFC向大功率方向发展。

Abstract:The traditional analog APFC (Active Power Factor Corrector) circuits have bad flexibility for the fixed external circuit parameters. Its stability and circuit life are very easy affected by the circuit distributed parameters, the environment temperature, humidity and many other factors which limited the circuit in the high power application area. In view of the merits of digital control such as programmability, strong adaptability, less susceptible to hardware, the impact of environmental changes, a digital APFC circuit is designed based on the excellent DSP controller TMS320F2808. The good tracking of the input current to input voltage is achieved successfully based on the classical multiplier control theory, using CCM and the average current control strategy, adopting variable PI regulator to carry out voltage, current double closed-loop regulation control. Experimental results show that the correction effects are very well within the whole power up to 5kW of this circuit, which meet the harmonic requirements of IEC61000-3-2 and promote the high-power development of single phase APFC.
