摘    要:本文研究了UPFC控制传输线路潮流能力,通过对系统功率平衡以及UPFC的潮流控制特性分析,在三维空间中绘出了UPFC各部分的功率运行曲面,为有效选取UPFC各部分的功率容量和判断潮流控制方案的可行性提供了一个直观的手段,说明了在UPFC中采用交叉耦合控制的可行性。利用串联变换器注入传输线路电压的d轴分量控制传输线路上的无功潮流,而用q轴分量来控制传输线路上的有功潮流。控制系统设计中利用频率特性法得到了功率环PI调节器的参数。最后实验结果表明采用文中所述的控制策略能够使得UPFC有良好的潮流调节性能。

Abstract:This paper investigates the power flow control ability of a Unified Power Flow Controller. By analyzing real power balance, reactive power balance and power flow control characteristic of UPFC system, the paper presents power operation surface plots of UPFC in a three-dimensional space. It provides an intuitionistic measure for choosing effectively power capability of UPFC and judging the feasibility of UPFC power control scheme. So the UPFC adopts a cross-coupling control system. The series converter injected voltage of UPFC is decomposed into two components in the synchronous rotating d-q frame in the control system. The d-axis component controls the transmission line reactive power flow. The q-axis component regulates the transmission line real power flow. The PI regulator parameters of power loop are obtained by a frequency characteristic method in the control system. Experimental results have shown that UPFC with the above control scheme holds prominent ability in handing power flow.
