摘    要:从经济和空间角度考虑,电动汽车EV(electric vehicle)同时装设匹配静态和动态无线充电方式的接收单元是不理想的。为此,参考EV静态无线充电标准,设计了两发射线圈同向串联EV动态无线充电系统,使其接收单元能同时满足动态和静态无线充电需求。首先,分析了收发线圈的水平偏移特性和互感电路模型,并根据分析结果确定了单发射线圈组切换以及两发射线圈串联的方式,根据两发射线圈串联的三维磁通图确定了两个发射子线圈的通电方向为同向通电;然后,对单发射线圈组切换系统以及两发射线圈串联系统进行了有限元仿真,验证了两个发射线圈串联的互补作用以及同向通电方式的优越性;最后,参考EV静态无线充电标准搭建了实验平台,并完成了静态和动态的无线充电实验。

Abstract:From the perspectives of economy and space, it is not ideal to simultaneously install two receiving units which respectively match the static and dynamic wireless charging modes on one electric vehicle(EV). Therefore, an EV dynamic wireless charging system with two transmitting coils connected in series in the same direction is designed by referring to the EV static wireless charging standard, so that its receiving unit can meet both the dynamic and static wireless charging requirements. First, the horizontal offset characteristic of coils and the mutual inductance circuit model are analyzed, based on which the modes of a switchable single transmitting coil and two transmitting coils connected in series are determined. According to the three-dimensional flux diagram of the two transmitting coils connected in series, it is determined that the two transmitting coils are energized in the same direction. Then, the finite element simulation of the system with the switchable single transmitting coil and the two transmitting coils connected in series is carried out, and the complementary effect of the two transmitting coils connected in series and the superiority of energizing in the same direction are verified. Finally, an experimental platform was built according to the EV static wireless charging standard, and the static and dynamic wireless charging experiments were implemented, respectively.
