砖块电源的分析和研究

摘    要:本文分析了砖块电源的电气规格的特点以及对拓扑选择的要求。为砖块电源推荐了有源箝位型正激变换器、谐振复位型正激变换器、对称半桥变换器、正反激变换器、隔离型升降压变换器、两级变换器等六种比较适合的拓扑以及各自详细的配套的技术。并且在对于砖块电源适用性上详细比较了这六个拓扑的优缺点。最后实验结果进一步证实了有源箝位型正激变换器对于砖块的适用性。

Analysis and study of brick DC-DC

Abstract:In this paper, characteristics of electrical specifications, which is peculiar for Brick-Configuration DC-DC power product, is analyzed in detail, selective requirement of topologies for this type of product is presented as well. The topologies listed as follows are the presented appropriate candidate ones for Brick DC-DC: Active-clamped forward converter, Resonant reset forward converter, Symmetrical half-bridge converter, Forward-flyback converter, Isolated boost-buck converter, Two-stage converter. The related techniques about the candidate topologies are respectively specified, furthermore in view of the applicability, both the advantage and the disadvantage are respectively compared with each other. Finally, good applicability of active-clamped forward converter to Brick DC-DC is further verified by the experimental result.
