摘    要:为解决航天器用DC/DC变换器过流保护问题,以双向磁反馈结构作为DC/DC变换器的反馈控制主架构,对常用的“打嗝”型过流保护电路和恒流型过流保护电路进行设计对比。为集合两者优点,在恒流型过流保护电路基础上提出了一种减流型过流保护电路。该电路在实现精确过流保护和具备带大容性负载能力的同时,有效降低了短路功耗,具有结构简单、易于实现等特点,适用于空间环境。详细分析了该电路的工作原理并进行实际应用,实测结果验证了该电路方案的有效性。

Abstract:To solve the over-current protection problem of DC/DC converters used in the spacecraft, a bidirectional magnetic feedback structure is used as the main feedback control architecture of DC/DC converters, and the usual hiccup-type and constant-current-type over-current protection circuits are designed and compared. To combine their advantages, a current-reducing-type over-current protection circuit is proposed based on the constant-current-type over-current protection circuit, which not only realizes accurate over-current protection and has the capability of carrying a large capacitive load, but also effectively reduces the short-circuit power dissipation. In addition, it has characteristics such as simple structure and easy implementation, making it suitable for space environment. The working principle for this circuit was analyzed in detail, its practical application was carried out, and measurement results verified the effectiveness of the proposed circuit scheme.
