摘    要:提出一种精确计及分布式电源DG特性的配电网动态无功优化的有效方法。根据不同类型DG的运行控制方式,用二阶锥松弛适当处理PQ、PV、PI和PQ(V)4种类型DG的并网潮流约束,将非凸的交流潮流方程近似地转化为凸的二阶锥约束,并通过设置优化目标函数驱使松弛误差趋近于0,把配电网的动态无功优化问题转化为凸的混合整数二阶锥规划问题。降低求解复杂度,提高优化精度,保证全局最优,保证支路电压、电流安全约束同时考虑储能装置,离散无功补偿电容器作用于配电网的约束。以多时段有功网损最小为优化目标,建立计及分布式电源精确特性的配电网动态无功优化模型,根据调度周期内预测的各时段的DG出力和负荷曲线,以IEEE69节点系统为例进行仿真实验,验证所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:An effective method for dynamic reactive power optimization of distribution network based on the characteristics of distributed power supply is presented. According to the operation control methods of different types of DGs, PQ, PV, PI and PQ(V) are properly processed with second-order cone relaxation. The DG''s grid-connected power flow constraints transform the non-convex AC power flow equation approximation into a convex second-order cone constraint, and set the optimization objective function to drive the slack error close to zero, and the dynamic reactive power optimization problem of the distribution network. Convert to a convex mixed-integer second-order cone programming problem, reduce solution complexity, increase optimization accuracy, ensure global optimization, ensure branch circuit voltage and current safety constraints while considering energy storage devices, and discrete reactive power compensation capacitors acting on ditribution networks constraints, with minimum active power loss for multiple periods as the optimization goal, a dynamic reactive power optimization model for distributed power networks that takes into account the precise characteristics of distributed power supplies is established. Based on the DG output and load curves predicted during the scheduling period, the IEEE 69 nodes are used. The system performs simulation experiments to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
