基于准Z源直接矩阵变换器的新型空间矢量调制策略研究

摘    要:由于矩阵变换器的电压利用率较低,严重限制了其在并网变换器等方面的应用,故将准Z源网络引入到矩阵变换器中,并提出新型直通状态插入方式,从而提高了电压利用率和抗干扰能力等。首先,分析准Z源直接矩阵变换器的升压原理;其次,简单介绍了双空间矢量调制方法,然后在采用直通状态代替部分零矢量的传统调制基础上,提出新型直通状态的插入方式,把直通零矢量均分10等份插入到SVPWM调制策略中,降低了稳态状态下Z源网络电容电压和电感电流的波动;最后,搭建准Z源直接矩阵变换器的仿真模型和实验平台,结果验证了这种新型调制策略的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Due to the low voltage utilization of matrix converter, its application in the fields of grid-connected converter is severely limited. In this paper, the quasi-Z source network is introduced into matrix converter, and an new through-state insertion method is proposed to improve the voltage utilization and anti-interference ability. Firstly, the boosting principle of the quasi-Z-source direct matrix converter is analyzed. Secondly, the dual space vector modulation method is briefly introduced. Then, based on the traditional modulation with the through state instead of the zero vector, the new insertion mode of the through state is proposed, the fluctuation of the capacitor voltage and the inductor current of the Z-source network under steady state is reduced. Finally, the simulation model of the quasi-Z-source direct matrix converter is built, the simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the new modulation strategy.
